Over the years, since commencing my career in Trauma & Orthopaedic surgery, he has gained extensive and broad experience in all aspects of the speciality.

He has continually updated his professional practices and personal knowledge by reflective practice and self-directed learning.

He fully satisfied the requirements to be granted Certificate of Completion of Training (CESR) by GMC in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery on 06/06/2018.

Teaching Experience

He has always enjoyed teaching and have a keen interest in medical education. He uses a range of teaching methods appropriate to the content and audience. I seek written or online based feedback to continually improve my teaching skills.

He is GMC-approved Clinical Supervisor (CS) for Higher Orthopaedic Trainees of Oswestry/Stoke Orthopaedic Training Programme.

He has been on the Faculty for Clinical Anatomy Teaching Group, Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience, University of Cambridge. He has been on the faculty for teaching courses at Cambridge for example Cambridge FRCS Viva courses, Advanced Cadaveric course for Approaches/Surgical Anatomy.

He has received formal Manchester Medical School OSCE Examiner Training and have acted as an Examiner on many occasions with invitation for future diets.

He has undertaken many Quality Improvements projects and have applied their findings successfully to his clinical practice.
